When you register for a Shorox account, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored in hashed form). You may also provide optional profile information.

Payment Information
If you make in-app purchases, payment transactions are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not store your full credit card or payment details. We may receive limited transaction records (purchase type, date, amount) for order fulfillment and support.

Usage Analytics
We collect anonymized data about how you use the app, including features accessed, session duration, content uploaded, and language pairs used. This helps us improve the product. This data is not linked to your identity in analytics dashboards.

Audio Recordings
Shorox allows you to record audio using your device microphone. Recordings you create are stored locally on your device and/or uploaded to our servers only when you explicitly choose to save or process them within the app. We do not access your microphone without your action, and you may delete your recordings at any time.

Uploaded Content
Text and audio files you upload to Shorox are stored on our servers to provide the parallel bilingual experience. This content is private to your account and is not shared with other users or third parties, except as required to provide the service (e.g., text-to-speech or translation processing).

Device Information
We may collect basic device identifiers, operating system version, and app version to support diagnostics and crash reporting.

3 How We Use Your Information
